No Refunds Under Any Circumstances Once a lead order is placed and the data has been delivered (or made available for download/viewing in your portal), no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted. This applies to all lead types, including but not limited to exclusive leads, shared leads, and aged data. 2. Digital Goods You acknowledge that you are purchasing non-tangible, digital goods. Unlike physical products, lead data cannot be "returned." As such, we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee or refunds based on lead performance, contact rates, or conversion rates. 3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes By purchasing from Crusher Leads, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card issuer or bank. Policy Violation: Initiating a chargeback in an attempt to obtain a refund for validly delivered data is considered fraud. Consequences: In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account, blacklist your organization from future purchases, and pursue legal action to recover funds, including the cost of the leads, legal fees, and dispute resolution costs. 4. Defective Data While we strive for accuracy, lead generation involves consumer-provided data which may occasionally contain errors. We do not offer monetary refunds for invalid phone numbers or emails.
